On December 11, 2025, the Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA) invited Crystal Zheng of the Dallas Guzheng Association to Austin to serve as a finalist panel judge for its Young Masters program.

Young Masters supports talented Texas students in grades 8 to 11 who are studying in an arts discipline. Competition for the awards is strong, and the finalist panel reviews each student's artistic excellence and commitment to help select the award recipients.

We are honored that the Texas Commission on the Arts invited Crystal to lend her expertise to the panel, and we thank the TCA for its support of arts education across Texas.
